Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the specific conditions outlined below. Customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos as proof.
Eligible for Refund
- Product received is damaged
- Product is defective
- Product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
Not Eligible
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Product damaged due to misuse
- Minor color variation due to screen differences
- Requests made after the return window
Returns & Exchanges
Approved products must be returned in original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
Return pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared after approval.
Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

All payments and refunds are processed securely via the Razorpay payment gateway.
